Data sources and accuracy

Portfolio data comes from SEC EDGAR filings (Forms 13F and 4) and congressional STOCK Act disclosures; market prices come from third-party sources. Filings are self-reported by the filers, published on a delay (13F holdings are reported up to 45 days after quarter end), and can contain errors or be amended later. We process this data automatically and, despite quality checks, cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate, or current. Always verify against the original filing on sec.gov before relying on it.

Important limits of 13F data

13F filings show only certain long US-listed positions. They exclude short positions, cash, most bonds, and most foreign-listed holdings, so a portfolio shown here may not represent a manager's actual net exposure.
